Return Procedure: CALL us at 1-813-839-1739 to obtain Return Authorization # which you need to write on the outside of your return package. We will provide a “Ship To” Address for you to use in returning the product. (We do not refund shipping charges, and you are responsible for shipping it back, postage prepaid, to the location address in the United States, that we provide to you).

Refund: Upon receipt of your product, we will return your money in the same manner in which payment was made, ie., if purchased by credit card, then to your credit card. If you paid by check, we require that your check cleared our bank (10 day processing time) prior to our providing you a refund. All monies shall be returned within thirty (30) days of our receipt of all of the materials that you are returning.
