2. Have a clearly focused vision, a specific difference your business makes and only hire people who are excited and passionate about your vision – and helping you bring it forth.
3. List the specific tasks, and therefore needed skills for the job, and hire people who have these core competencies or can quickly acquire any of them they don’t have.
