Greetings to all,

Today’s blog is a reflection brought about by the death of a friend.

Life is short.

Sure, we all know that, but it tends to get lost somewhere inside.

Learning of the death of a friend yesterday reminded me of how short life is. We were
the same age.

In December, January, and February I became fatally ill. With the help of a
nutritionist, my situation turned around. I am much healthier now. I am still loosing the weight I gained last year when my father died, but am able to go to the gym and work regular hours.

My friend went into the hospital in March, fatally ill, and spent the last four months of his life in intensive care. He didn’t recover.

I’m still here. He is gone.

And, you are still here as well.

This means that you and I still have the opportunity to taste new experiences, touch people we love, build our visions, and create the lives and businesses we deeply desire.

What is one experience you can choose today that will bring you joy, make you feel more alive?

Is it taking a walk, calling a friend, something you do for a client?

Do it.

Life is short.
